I was living in pain and when your feet hurt it interferes with your day. From the time I walked in the door everyone was so nice and helpful. They took me back at my appointment time and the doctor walked in soon after. The way he explained everything from my x-ray, to what I was doing wrong and how he would fix it was in a way that I could understand. The treatment plan he had for me was successful from day one and with each treatment I was improving. Now just 6 weeks later and I am back in the gym. Thank God my friend ref... read more

For various reasons Ms. Parker is upset. I will not address each issue that she has stated publicly as this would be inappropriate. Suffice it to say that I have successfully treated foot and ankle patients in San Antonio for 23 years and our practice makes a concerted effort to solve all patient issues in a courteous, professional and private manner keeping the well being and best interest of our patients at the forefront. RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! If I could give this place and Dr. Strash a negative star rating, I would! I went to them suspecting a stress fracture in my foot. All information online including the website at Alamo Foot and Ankle care confirms you need an MRI to accurately diagnose a stress fracture. After waiting an hour after my appointed time, I was taken directly to a regular X-ray machine. I told the girl I would prefer to not pay for an x-ray that would not give me the diagnosis I need and to just go straight to an MRI...I was t... read more

First off I have to say Thank you to the Dr. and his staff at Alamo Family Foot Care. I had pain for years and could no long go to the gym, the pain was changing my life. The staff made me feel at home and got me back within 5 mins of being at the office. The Dr. took the time to hear me out and understand what I was dealing with everyday for the last 2 years. I had x-rays done in the office and did not have to go somewhere else to have them done which saved me money and time. In 6 weeks of treatment I am pain free and back ... read more

What a joke! Appt. was at 8:30am, showed up at 8:20 thinking there would be paperwork to fill out since I would be a new client. Some guy in scrubs pulls up at 8:30 (guessing he is the doctor). once he gets his items out of the veh he heads towards the office and opens the door. After signing the man starting opening office and said to me, "new client"? I told him yes, asked are you running on time? Oh, no, computers aren't up, people are somewhere in traffic. I said well I can't stay. He says to me " well, I;m just going to... read more
