Gave them $500 to hold the car while I decide yes or no and they said if I didn’t go through with the purchase that they would give me it back and they did not they took my money and said we can not give you money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR LOT
I had a very bad experience with this lot of cars Okay I do not recommend do not go here go to another place to buy a car because these people do not sell you good cars.!!

Super bad experience! Financed a Nissan for my daughter in college with $2500 down that we thought was good with low mileage and turned out to be a lemon. Paid the 2 monthly payments for a month and half that we had it for and twice had to take it in to get it serviced on the transmission. At the end of the 2nd month we were told we had to pay $3500 to get it fixed and they wouldn’t even help us get into a different vehicle. Drove in from out of town stopped at other car lots that just had me waiting there trying to convince me to buy something I didn’t want. Finally left and ended up here at Alamo told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and they made it happen. Only regret was that this wasn’t my first stop in San Antonio very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
