This was once a great company, however recently that has changed. The delay in getting to our work orders is ridiculous. The last issue we had a machine down for two weeks waiting for "parts" to come in only to find out that they ordered to wrong parts. We waited some more time and got nothing out of it and had to go elsewhere. We then again in good faith reached out to ACL for another issue. Days went by, phone calls were made, and nothing.
