Honest and polite customer service. I went here to get my chains fixed and the repair guy, was honest enough to let me know that I did not need a replacement clasp and he fixed the same clasp, unlike the mall, that wanted to charge me $200. I also needed a chain sodded and it was a very reasonable price and explained to me that he need to keep it to makensire its clean enough to sod so it could be smooth. The people in the mall would just add gold to it and tell you to be back in 20 minutes. I definitely recommend this place... read more

I have been dealing with Alamo City Gold for the last 25 plus years, and I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. They are great at repairs and have honest pricing whether you are buying or selling. The owner is a retired SAPD detective and a very honorable person.
