Alamo City Eye physicians are the absolute worst when trying to speak with billing. They don't answer the phone and don't call back. They charged us $172.37 for an eye measurement that had been previously paid by UHC. When I finally got a hold of someone in accounting I was told that they had called UHC and been told the $172.37 wouldn't be paid. I checked our UHC account on the website and it reflected the payment being previously paid. Now I have to have UHC call them and convince them they were paid. Too much trouble fo... read more
Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone in billing or to call you back. Although I insured them our bill would be covered by our UHC Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) they requested I pay the bill. When I got home checked the UHC website and found out it had already been paid. C
