In 2017, they did not separately bill 92015. In 2019, they billed my insurance the 92015 code which has been a "non-covered" code since Medicare was created in 1965 (and almost all private insurance companies follow their lead without notifying the patient of a non-covered service they will be preforming). We realized today that we have been seeing Dr. Susan Berry for 11 years!!! She and her staff have always been so amazing & they take such good care of my son. He started wearing glasses a little before his 2nd birthday. Dr. Berry has always been so great at explaining his treatment plan & working with us to correct his vision. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!
All the staff were friendly and very professional.
I have been a patient of Dr. J. Berry for several years and he has performed two surgeries on my eyes with great success. He is friendly and caring. I would recommend him and his staff for all of your eye care.
