The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are taking extra screening precautions to make sure we are safe and they always manage to fit us in, if my kids take longer or I forgot to schedule their appointment ahead of time.

It's too bad that the office staff will deny the client their medical records once they learned that you are seeking a second opinion. I was also informed that i am not allowed to have a meeting with the doctor to obtain information. HIPAA is not something that they know about. I guess a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights and Health and Human Services might explain it. Clients are entitled to their full medical record. Makes one wonder why such high fees and why extra work is supposedly needed. Be very careful.
