It's too bad that the office staff will deny the client their medical records once they learned that you are seeking a second opinion. I was also informed that i am not allowed to have a meeting with the doctor to obtain information. HIPAA is not something that they know about. I guess a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights and Health and Human Services might explain it. Clients are entitled to their full medical record. Makes one wonder why such high fees and why extra work is supposedly needed. Be very careful.
Ive had 2 crowns done here, Dr. Reyes is professional and patient. The staff is great too, I would revommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great service!
I recommend Alamo City Dental for all, young and older patients. They treat everyone that walks in with a friendly smile. They really care about their patients and give everyone the best care for them.

I like the dentist but not the front office person. I don't deserve to be treated with disrespect when am the one bringing business to them
