I had a mixed experience at this children’s heart center. The doctor was amazing—patient and kind with my baby, very knowledgeable and informative. I have a 12 month old baby who hates doctor offices and is only used to being with me so of course she’s going to cry with strangers. One nurse also did her best to soothe her with lullabies, which I appreciated. However, the other assistant seemed visibly annoyed, and didn’t even try to interact with my child. I cannot express in words how wonderful this establishment was. I went in with my 2 y/o and the staff was so sweet with her. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and answered her curious mind’s questions. Dr. Patel was awesome! You can tell that he is very passionate about his job. He was amazing with my toddler and gave us both a very educational experience. He made sure that she understood what was happening and that I understood the how’s and the why’s.
Dr Patel is great! He communicates well, he's patient, explains everything in detail, and most importantly, he connects with his patients and their families. Excellent work Dr Patel my family and I enjoyed our visit.
Dr.patel was amazing explained everything. Made my son feel comfortable. Took his time explaining and answering questions. Wish more of his doctors were like this
