This is the first time I've used a property management company to rent from, nothing but a great experience. Always get a prompt response and friendly professionals to work with.
Office hours late morning until 1pm. Drop box for rent doesn't get picked up or logged in same/next day. Emails often not answered for days. Request for more equitable split of water bill between this single tenant and next door's 7 occupants ignored. Plus have to ask every month that a copy of both sides of the water bill be forwarded. Request for repairs has, at times, been debated.
