My mother went on hospice on wednesday and on saturday she went into crisis no one was available on Saturday and she was left alone until the next day around noon. They don't have enough staff that Alamo has to contract it out. The contractor couldn't even take vitals for my mother, my daughter had to do it. I would never recommend them to anyone. They seem to be a Monday through Friday business. Death does not happen only Monday through Friday. Very disappointed. VP Mr Daly, didn't even seem to care.
