I had hard time to make appointment for two tests mammogram and MRI . Three time or more I called to schedule the appointments. my doctor ordered the tests and fax the center three time . Yet the center staff said no order received. Finally, I received the hard copy of my doctor ‘s order, the image center let me sent the the photos of the order. I had to call again after sending the order, this time, the staff transferred me to another person, I only got her voice message. I had to leave a message ask her call me back. I kne... read more
They didn’t tell me correct location. When I tried to call there was no answer. I was late because they sent me to wrong place. I had to wait a long time. The technician didn’t have his mask on. I had to ask him to put it on. The room was dirty. They didn’t have any hand sanitizer anywhere or tissue paper.
RecommendedGot a morning appointment, arrived 15 minutes early as directed to check in and fill out forms. Maybe should have asked for the forms the previous day when I stopped by, because my appointment time happened before I quite finished them. Easy bone density test; I asked for and got preliminary results printed out. I verified that both my doctors were on file to receive the results. The new equipment (non-contact) they use was more comfortable than that of 6 years ago. Very friendly staff.
