This community is the worse if you have kids this is definitely not a place for you. this is a 55& older community with that being said just know you will not have no privacy they’ll try to be on top of you for any little thing. You can’t leave a garbage bag outside for a second because they’ll try to fine you $500, your kids can’t scream nor run because again they’ll try to fine you $500, you can place your bike on your own balcony because if it visible to them $500 fine. Here are the pros and cons. Pros- Elevator. gated entrance and close to everything. Cons- Noise at all hours of the day and night, smoking neighbors in the hallways and balconies, inconsiderate HOA.
