This community is the worse if you have kids this is definitely not a place for you. this is a 55& older community with that being said just know you will not have no privacy they’ll try to be on top of you for any little thing. Here are the pros and cons. Pros- Elevator. gated entrance and close to everything. Cons- Noise at all hours of the day and night, smoking neighbors in the hallways and balconies, inconsiderate HOA.
