I am a patient at the Native American Health center and apparently Dr Pratt is their ONLY dental surgeon. As I read these reviews I am sure that this is the same man that I just had a terrible experience with and I do not understand why this wonderful medical center is subjecting anyone to this person. I value having full knowledge and complete choice in my healthcare and happen to be on Medicare. NAH has and amazing staff that backs kind and competent healthcare professionals for the most part. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
