The rates are better when compared to PG&E, but it is the 21st Century. There is absolutely NO reason why I should have to stop service over the phone. What a pain in butt this place is. But, they are pretty much the only game in town so there is zero incentive for them to have good customer service. Glad I moved.
Never had an issue. Bills were lower than I ever payed with PG&E. Customer service agent Wayne was an absolute delight to deal with.
