Very mean and not inclusive to my friend who was just trying to find a new therapist. Was not at all understanding during the phone call to the receptionist and I do not recommend them to tranz people. I would give 0 stars if I could.
My review is of the Intensive outpatient program, which does not have it's own review section. While initially the results were positive, that seems to be the effort I put in myself. My boundaries were violated in a very serious way, and the only response I got out of the business was that it was my own fault, and that I am not welcome back. The theater of pretending to care quickly fades into a business that exploits the most vulnerable members of our community for individual gain.
