Dentists are good, but I have no co-pays for cleanings or exams and every time I come in I am asked to pay and I have to FIGHT it. Every time!! 1 time is forgivable, anything after that is on purpose.
Dr. Kim's work did not even last 6 months I had an Onlay from Dr. Dong Kim and it was horrible. He firstly put it on wrong the first time and had to rip it out during the same appointment. The final product was also bad and I am having to replace it not even 6 months later. I paid $900 for his work to not even last 6 months. When I tried to talk to Dr. Kim about my continued problems with that tooth he didn't remeber me at all and never answered my question. I AM SO SAD TO BE ONE OF THE MANY WHO ARE HORRIBLY DISMAYED BY THIS BUSINESS! Random hang ups, no calls back, changed appointments without letting me know, changed appointments on the phone only to say it wasn't changed when I went in, and several times there were hours long wait times that ended in re-scheduling, miscommunications, and lack of clarification with needed care.
