The owners were either onsite or available by phone. My air-conditioner stopped working in August. They fixed it within 2 hours.
Called asking for info and the owner got defensive and from the looks of it I can see why by these reviews. Seems sketchy
Lived here for almost 2 years. Loved it. The age made it super cozy and it was nice and quiet. Had very few issues and they were addressed promptly.
Started a conversation about a rental with receptionist and I’m assuming she did not want to answer my questions she said “hold on” hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. Was rude to begin with, horrible customer service.
Terrible conditions; carpet hadn’t been cleaned, back door had a bathroom stall hatch for a lock, which they refused to replace, no ethernet cord or outlet despite claims that the apartment was internet-ready, and just a bad all-around neighborhood. Paint in the bathroom was peeling constantly, and “fixes” were laughable at best. Avoid this place unless you have no other option.
