Worst ER department I didn’t even get seen by a doctor it was only a nurse who checked in with me long wait time too I waited for 3 hrs and didn’t get checked in with a doctor once, the waiting room wasn’t even that busy. If you are sick and need treatment don’t go here they don’t do their job
The Spanish-speaking operator was absolutely terrible. She was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke as if she had a personal problem with speaking with persons in need. I understand that you are doing your job, but being rude to people seeking help and information on how and where to receive it reflects very badly on the Alameda healthcare system.
This is a smaller ER and the staff is amazing. Dr Schwimmer and nurse Dani were kind, thorough and warm when my partner was having some really tough and unexplainable symptoms/pain. We were seen promptly and taken seriously. THANK YOU EVERYONE!
Went for a suspected burn blister.Probably 2nd degree.Only partly treated Neglected.P.A left not to ever return.Meanwhile, left alone.Wound was bleeding .profusely for an hr.So much more.
I went to this ER last night. I'm a nurse and I was very impressed with the care I received. The whole team was knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic. They treated me quickly and they were busy. I appreciate them so much.
