I'm 66 years old so I've been to a few dentists in my life. I had a crown replaced. When they were putting in the temporary they had to give me novacaine I did not feel the novocaine shot going in at all. Placing the actual crown two weeks later took 20 minutes no real bleeding and no pain. This is a small dental office one dentist and either one or two hygienists. I would refer them to anybody. Very happy with the work.
