Just had a cleaning and checkup at ADC, and it was one of the better dental visits I've had in a while. The front desk was organized and friendly, and the hygienist was gentle but thorough.
We were extremely happy with the service. They called us twice afterwards to check up on my daughter. We will definitely go back when in need of their service. I highly recommand them.
Great first experience. Keiko was extremely helpful with explaining insurance coverage and cost breakdown before my appointment so that there would be no surprises. All the staff are super friendly. And Dr. Chang was very thorough. He explained in detail everything he was doing, the tools he was using, and took pictures to share what he saw. I always had some fear around going to the dentist, but this place made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
This practice is professional, communicative, and kind. I really enjoy every member of the team that I have worked with. I needed urgent help and Dr. Chang and team went above and beyond to help me and check in.
