Camille at the front desk provides truly outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting me scheduled for an X-ray appointment. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about patients. She’s a wonderful first impression for the office and a real asset to the team. Thank you, Camille!
My first visit to Alameda Dental Center met all expectations. The dedicated parking in the back and the promptness of the staff ensured my appointment started on time. There was a good balance to the socializing during the cleaning so that we could get to now each other. Their staff was kind and informative - all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The team made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. I’m looking forward to future visits.
Really went down hill when changed hands few yrs ago. They cancel appts then can’t reschedule when needed - after changing dentist found out they missed a lot - stay away they are more interested in how site looks than real care
Dr. Chang is the best! So friendly and professional. He always provides thorough explanation for he's assessment and recommendations, making me feel comfortable and confident making informed decisions about my oral health.
