We were extremely happy with the service. They called us twice afterwards to check up on my daughter. We will definitely go back when in need of their service. I highly recommand them.
Great first experience. Keiko was extremely helpful with explaining insurance coverage and cost breakdown before my appointment so that there would be no surprises. All the staff are super friendly. And Dr. Chang was very thorough. He explained in detail everything he was doing, the tools he was using, and took pictures to share what he saw. I always had some fear around going to the dentist, but this place made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
This practice is professional, communicative, and kind. I really enjoy every member of the team that I have worked with. I needed urgent help and Dr. Chang and team went above and beyond to help me and check in.
I called Dr Chang's office for an emergency appointment. His staffs worked so hard getting me in the same day. When I got to the office and found out that what I had was Life Threatening. Dr Chang went out of his way to takecare of me by moving appointments to accommodate me. I can't thank them enough for what they did. I was so worry for my teeth issues, and so scary whenever coming to dentist. My experiences in the past created my fear until I came to this place. Dr Chang is absolutely friendly, and gentle. I was comfortable and felt safe to have service in here. He tried his best to help, and figure out the plans for me perfectly. I wish I knew this place sooner.
