Staff are kind, always on time for the appointments I schedule, and the location is fairly convenient. Latrice was my most recent dental assistant, and she was excellent. She explained every process, was wonderful to chat with, and was attentive to any pain or discomfort I may have been in. Not the same dental office it used to be. Under new ownership and it’s obvious. The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I was shook by it. I had the most excruciating cleaning experience ever. I also had three wisdom teeth pulled that same day. I was awake during the extraction. It took about an hour to have them all pulled. During my follow up visit I walked out during my appointment frustrated by the overall lack of professionalism, poor experience, disregard for my time and poor communication. I highly recommend this dental office! Everyone on the team was kind and welcoming. The front desk staff, assistant, hygienist, and doctor all provided amazing care and customer service :)
