I noticed ACI getting low reviews, so I decided to drop in and share that my experiences with them over the course of a couple decades has been positive. Their customer service via phone is courteous and they've even called me back to check that things were taken care of. They replace wrecked carts in a timely and efficient fashion. Their truck drivers and workers are helpful when asked. Their service is overall reliable. My favorite thing about ACI is the helpfulness and friendliness of the folks who answer the phones.

I always found them helpful on the phone and they really are the most efficient such as adding a name to a bill. Unlike Xfinity who messed up so many times. If a pickup was missed, no issues calling so they come and do another pick up.

They have one job and they cannot do it reliably. Sometimes they don't pick up everyone's bins. Sometimes they only pick up one or two of the three services you pay for (garbage, recycling, compost). Sometimes they don't come at all. You never know what will happen. Even when you schedule a second pickup attempt after they didn't come the first time and speak to them on the phone, sometimes they still don't show up. This has been an ongoing issue for years.
