the fairgrounds are showing their age, and need some maintenance and improvements. there should be built-in entryway mechanism integrating metal checkers rather than subjecting people to 20-minute waits from portable/temporary units. parking lot can be scraped to make it more level, it's a bit dangerous to walk on at the moment. I was there for the Scottish games. they were fun.
