great service i bought my laptop at abm and found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly. they helped me set it up and anytime i have a question they are always available. its nice to have a place where you can call and get fast and personalized service, because we all know we can't live without our computers.

Very pleasing I went in there after being referred by a friend that bought a computer there. I was very happy to find they were willing to spend the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I was even more surprised to find their prices very competitive. They even delivered-set it up all for free. I would recommend them to anyone. I especially admire Julie, the office manager, she took the time to explain the importance of using the free spyware programs they installed for me.
Thanks Michael I'm a college student that messed up my laptop. I didn't want my parents to know so I called and talked to Michael Woods and explained my situation. He told me he had two daughters that also mess up their computers all the time. I took my laptop in there, it turned out to be infected, he cleaned it, installed some free programs and had his office manager, Julie, show me how to prevent the same thing from happening again. They were great. The best part is my parents never found out.
Very good experience I found this company in the yellow pages. We needed some fast repair on a laptop because we were leaving town. They did the work in less than two days and the price quoted is what the final price actually came out to be. They also installed some free spyware programs and took the time to show me how to use them. I strongly recommend them.
Not so convenient... We always prefer to support local shops, and ABM is only a few blocks from where we live. Our notebook computer had a faulty LCD monitor, so we took it in for an estimate. They said it would only take a few days, but the price they quoted for a replacement screen was over $200 more than we could find one online.
