Horrible company give you false information are not willing to help you at all and supervisors will hang up on you. Medical should not be using this company at all!
I see a lot of misunderstanding in these reviews. Alameda Alliance is just an administrator for government-funded healthcare. They have nothing to do with scheduling medical appointments or anything else related to the quality of care given by your provider. They're in charge of managing which benefits you have and what will/won't be paid for, and that is based on gov't funding and regulations.
