I was assigned to this health care group through Medi-Cal in December. As of writing this i have not received any insurance cards nor any other mail pertaining to this medical group. They have however managed to cause some "glitch" to happen that screwed up my Medi-Cal coverage for two months!
If you have hours upon hours to sit on phone calls to find out if you’re covered or not or be told incorrect information that this insurance company will be fine with you. We personally have two kids under two and every single appointment was an hour to 2 hour long phone call conversation in which we would be cut off or we would speak to somebody and competent that couldn’t answer the question to pass us on to another service advisor. Hours of my life, I will never get back
Absolutely unacceptable phone service! I had to call Alameda Alliance for Health many times before anyone answered. The representative Jasmine was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I fully agree with the other 1-star reviews and they are not lying. Management seriously needs to address staff attitude and training.
