Though our time at Alamance Reserve has ended we wanted to write a quick thank you to the staff for an incredible 3 year experience. Prompt response to my service request. Maintenance technician was thorough in explaining that the service would need to be done in two phases. Maintenance technician returned the following day at the time specified and completed the job. Very happy with the results.
After I lost the garage door remote and the manual opener malfunctioning, maintenance repaired the manual opener and provided a new remote within 24 hrs. Thanks you
