I submitted a repair request after my guestroom toilet reservoir cracked and started to spill water. The maintenance crew showed up within the hour and replaced the entire toilet with a brand new one the same day!
The grounds are unapparelled compared to any other complex in the area and are well maintained. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is top notch responsive.
Alamance Reserve used to have a great dog park, it’s one of the reasons why me and my partner decided to move into this apartment complex. Then around six months ago, I took my dog to the dog park in the morning and when I came back from work, the dog park was gone replaced by ongoing construction for a new building.
