I just left from doing a tour with Ciara and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all of my questions and provided great customer service. Thank you!
Quiet neighborhood, old ac units so be prepared for overpriced electric bills. But far and away the worst part is the community WiFi, say goodbye to online gaming. Might work great one day then be impossible the next. The cable aspect is cool i guess but id take WiFi that works consistently over cable that gets used 3 days a week any day. In terms of the neighborhood, it’s quiet, safe, never had issues at all. But if you work from home or rely on WiFi. Run.
The management and staff are phenomenal. They are always there to help. I recommend 5 Star reviews to both windor apartmets amd alamance reserve. Christa, Ciara, rest of the staff and maintenance people such Wyatt, El Roy and Paul and others are awesome. They are on it when there is a maintenance request and always so helpful.They are professional, kind and dedicted. The area is nice and quiet. I can only give 5 stars to this place. Thank you for all you do.
