I have been very happily surprised at the level of care I have received while a patient here. Everyone has been very professional and caring. Everything was done in a timely manner and I am well pleased.
They always take care of momma. Im not fond of the "no notice" discharges, but they are helpful. I took mom in late at night, im used to sleeping on the floor waiting for the test results to come, and the nurse saw me and brought the recliner. I was tickled!
Arrived 9am....my boyfriend didnt get anything at all to drink until after 5pm...we were told he would get something several times in the ER but got nothing. We spoke with 2 physicians who told us two different stories regarding what is going on...took 4 hours to get a bed which i thought was ridiculous
Made to sit in ER waiting room while my elderly mother waited alone in a room. I was supposed to be informed when the doctor was talking to her, but was not.
This place has horrible staff they are rude as hell and no help at all i have tooken my baby their who has had a really bad fever (it hit 105.3) all they did was give him motrin and told us to wait in the waiting area as we waited a couple hours we finally decided to leave since we asked the lady how long and she said in a rude tone "there is 2 or 3 people ahead of you you may have to wait a few more hours i cant say" my babys temp went down after a while so we left, if i would have known all they where ganna do is give him ... read more
