Waiting in emergency room well over an hour with my wife moaning in pain. Nurses at desk uncaring and combative. Training issues need to be addressed. Instead of making excuses try being understanding and actually try and help. Instead of saying everyone is busy and they will get to her when they can try something like I understand sir let me check and see if I can speed things up. Even if you lie to me make me think you are trying to help.
My daughter is in her first year of college. We were 6 hours away when we learned she was going to ER. We arrived in the early evening; it was a Thursday. My daughter went to the ER she was very ill. She said they got her back pretty quick. They gave her IV's and ran a few tests. She had 4 different issues going on. I had the best food I've had in a long time in their cafeteria. I don't know who they have back there cooking that food but they need a raise. That was the best peach cobbler I have ever had in my life. And I'm from NC. That's a big statement my friend. I'm 52 and I have to admit, it's better than mine 🥇😂 I can't wait for another doctor appointment just to go get a plate to go. 😂
I do not recommend coming here, ESPECIALLY if you have chronic pain or suffer from TMJD. I am not here to complain about wait times- I understand that there are life threatening emergencies and they can only do so much. But after waiting for 7 hours in excruciating pain, I was finally brought back and met with no compassion or empathy by my doctor. I had been in pain for months, went to different specialists and doctors with no relief from severe and constant pain. This was my last resort before I considered psychiatric care... read more
