I came to visit my uncle and this is what the cnas were doing 1st of all this is a Hippa violation and secondly this is why lights are not being answered. This facility is going to get sued I asked the girls did they have permission to video tape or take pictures in residents rooms and they got a attitude with me this is so unprofessional
My aunt lives there and she has been dropped, doesn't get bathed well. Unless you call a hoe bath a real bath. Food looks disgusting. They take her whole check and this is how she is treated. This place needs alot of work.
This facility is very good. Their physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are TOP NOTCH! They got me up and walking with a walker in no time and then I eventually graduated to a cane. 98% of the staff were friendly and caring and always called me by my name. The food was pretty decent but, my only pet peeve, it was often cold or Luke warm.... especially the breakfasts. If I ever need to go into another rehab facility, Alamance Health Care will be my 1st choice!
I live here and we have the best staff,especially the physical therapy and the occupational therapy, and he nurses and the maintenance people,and activities department, heck, everyone!!
