Alamance Eye Center is so fortunate to have Cathy and Jackie as nurses/assistants for Dr. Jong (I am sure this is spelled wrong). These two ladies are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and know how to put an anxious patient at ease. I so appreciate their presence when I come for an appointment. Thank you ladies so much!!!
Terrible patient service! Waited over an hour and was never called back. I had seen other patients leave after waiting for over an hour and a half. I asked the receptionist how long my wait might be and she checked with someone and they said when a room became available. After waiting a few more minutes I told her I was leaving, she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said yes, but not here. No apologies offered! I would never recommend going here!
