March 2018 I had an endoscopy done. I was sick for months. Felt like instrument used was dirty and my stomach full bacteria. He wouldn't return my calls, he didn't give me any counseling, and I never got a diagnosis. My doctor even said he was irresponsible and she quit using him. He would not return calls. I would have sued him but it's not my nature. Just writing review as i am getting second endoscopy. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. Find a better gastro

I am a 50 y/o female. I was referred to Dr. Alam's office by a friend because I needed to have a routine colonoscopy screening done. There's not enough thanks that I can give to Dr. Alam, his office personnel , and the staff at LGMC Southwest. The care that I received was simply phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience possible. You just can't put a price tag on that level of compassion and professionalism.
