Dr. Alam appears to know what he's doing, and maybe he does, but his office staff does not. They are rude, un-professional, dis-honest, and un-informed. They do not know what insurances they take, they bill beyond what your portion should be, and they blame patients for their communication- one woman said it wasn't her responsibility to inform the patients of their office relocating when it was delayed by a week.
