I had a great experience with my podiatrist. She is extremely efficient—you can see improvement from the very first visit. She provides treatment right away without delays. She is also very kind and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her!
Warning: Prepare for my deep dive! Dr. Lisa Alaish's Office and staff were warm, lively, and professional as presented in her Business Operations and Medical Assisting staff in greeting and caring for me. ‼️Warning to all current, former and prospective patients: They are violating HIPAA and HHS is being notified. They will require you to send electronic forms of your insurance card to an insecure random, unprofessional, personal Gmail that is not HIPAA compliant. They literally said it’s fine because they own the email address and delete emails right away, but that’s not secure or HIPAA compliant. I’ve lived in Florida for 21 years. Dr Alaish is unlike most doctors here. She answers all your questions, explains everything, she is patient, kinda, and she never pushes off a patient with foot problems. She has seen me on more then one occasion the very next day. Her staff is friendly and informative. I wouldn’t see anyone else!!! Grateful for such a caring Dr!!!
