i deeply, deeply recommend dr. alaish's office. i could not recommend her enough. my experience with my first visit to her office was wonderful. when i arrived at her office, her receptionists asked me about my insurance. now, i had just gotten my insurance changed recently, but i couldn't tell if it was activated or not. the receptionists at the front desk were so kind and patient, and amidst all the chaos of me figuring out my insurance stuff, they lovingly reassured me that "we will work with you". we figured it out, and ... read more

I saw the reviews and wanted to make an appointment. I called to make an appointment and receptionist’s asked me to call my insurance to verify because she has never heard of my insurance company. I even told her that this office came up under the provider list in my insurance. So annoyed she wasn’t willing to call them and verify herself. Just cancelled my appointment and will look somewhere else.
