I lived here for about 3 years. The unit itself was great, but let me list off the things that were wrong with the experience as a whole: -ants invade through every unsealed crevice that you can imagine. We had to use air duster to flush them out of our wall sockets of all things. They invaded through the unsealed surfaces in our bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional job. -People love to sit in parking spots right next to the building and show off their bass at all hours of the day. -The trash col... read more
We are extremely grateful to Miss Kayln. She is very friendly and helpful. She patiently listened to all our questions and made sure to give us clear answers. Our move-in process went very smoothly—everything was handled quickly and efficiently. You can truly feel the respect and kindness from their team. Mitzi, the leasing agent, was great to work with - super professional and very welcoming and informative. She showed us several options she thought we would like and we are so grateful for that. We didn't end up choosing this place because of the trash valet system that sadly results in a lot of dirty and smelly hallways but I wish I had a leasing agent like Mitzi for every place I tour.
If you like trash all over the place, over flowing on a daily basis, hallways smelling like trash on a daily, elevators smelling like trash on a daily, this is the place for you. The new property managers Greystar has completely let this place become a trash sight. I would never recommend anyone to move here. Once my lease comes close to being up, I’m out of here ASAP.
