This place is a dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Greystar management is the worst The manager is awful, rude. Rats running around, homeless camping out the gym. It’s unsafe and a complete dump.
If you like trash all over the place, over flowing on a daily basis, hallways smelling like trash on a daily, elevators smelling like trash on a daily, this is the place for you. The new property managers Greystar has completely let this place become a trash sight. I would never recommend anyone to move here. Once my lease comes close to being up, I’m out of here ASAP. This complex took my application fee and immediately closed out my application without a call or anything completely wrong you don’t do that to people.
I want to start by saying that Greystar taking over Alaire has been the most disappointing change. I truly enjoyed living here before the management switch. Since then, it’s felt like everything has gone downhill. Tracy, in particular, often comes across as unapproachable and dismissive, rarely responds to tenant emails, and doesn’t seem interested in being helpful. Such a beautiful community. The staff especially have been top tier. The women who work in the office are always so nice and helpful. Even when they have a office full of people and phones ringing, they take their time to ensure the tenents are heard and taken care of properly. I've spoken with Kayln on numerous occasions and no matter the issue she is always quick to offer a solution.
