I could write a novel but you really just need to look at all the reviews, because they are all true. The amount of illegal things that go on in this place is actually insane. Electrical issues and cockroach infestations being ignored for weeks (illegal), maintenance people showing up whenever they want at night and just walking in (illegal), common areas equivalent to a slum (illegal). If you hate yourself and do not value your mental health, the cleanliness of your living space, this is a great place to live.
If you like trash all over the place, over flowing on a daily basis, hallways smelling like trash on a daily, elevators smelling like trash on a daily, this is the place for you. The new property managers Greystar has completely let this place become a trash sight. I would never recommend anyone to move here. Once my lease comes close to being up, I’m out of here ASAP. I currently live here and I can't wait until our lease is done. I just wanna start with the leasing office, as much as possible I don't wanna go to that place and ask for assistance. The people there doesn't seem like they want to help the current residence. The only time I felt welcome there was back when we're inquiring. Since Greystar took over, the quality of management has completely collapsed. Maintenance is a nightmare — they either ignore requests or take forever to respond. When someone finally shows up, it’s always the same line: “This needs to be replaced,” or “I’ll grab the part and come back.” But they never come back.
