Mitzi, the leasing agent, was great to work with - super professional and very welcoming and informative. She showed us several options she thought we would like and we are so grateful for that. We didn't end up choosing this place because of the trash valet system that sadly results in a lot of dirty and smelly hallways but I wish I had a leasing agent like Mitzi for every place I tour.
If you like trash all over the place, over flowing on a daily basis, hallways smelling like trash on a daily, elevators smelling like trash on a daily, this is the place for you. The new property managers Greystar has completely let this place become a trash sight. I would never recommend anyone to move here. Once my lease comes close to being up, I’m out of here ASAP. This place is horrible! Since I moved here, I’ve had a lot of problems. 1 - The hallways are nasty; they say there’s a cleaning service, either that’s not true or they don’t clean well enough or regularly 2 - I’ve had many service orders opened, with unfinished work in the apartments. 2.1 - The carpet in one bedroom smelled bad, and it took six months to get it replaced. 2.2 - It took almost 6 months to get one of the bedrooms closet door in place, because I didn't have one since I moved here. 2.3 - One of the heaters took a... read more
I could write a novel but you really just need to look at all the reviews, because they are all true. The amount of illegal things that go on in this place is actually insane. Electrical issues and cockroach infestations being ignored for weeks (illegal), maintenance people showing up whenever they want at night and just walking in (illegal), common areas equivalent to a slum (illegal). If you hate yourself and do not value your mental health, the cleanliness of your living space, this is a great place to live.
