I appreciated that the workers treated the property respectfully during construction. Materials were organized neatly and trash wasn’t constantly scattered around the site. We changed a lighting selection pretty late into the process and expected frustration, but the builder handled it smoothly. The finished house feels warm and functional instead of looking like every other new build in the neighborhood.

This company is outstanding. We had many conversations with Kevin. He listened to what we wanted to do, gave suggestions and was a delight to work with. He brought in all of the necessary people to give us an estimate. He introduced us to an architect which we used. This relationship helped us decide to hold off on the remodel. She was also excellent to work with. In a couple of years when we do a larger remodel we will definitely call them.

Over the decades I’ve hired many contractors for home projects. Alair is far the best. They are in consistent contact, always on the job.They work is superior. Surprisingly they finished ahead of schedule. Unheard of for construction.
