Alair was the best contractor/builder we have ever worked with! Extremely professional and realistic in terms of what will and will not fit in budget. Worked with us to prioritize and we LOVE our new porch, deck and stairs! Their subs were at our home bright and early each morning and worked diligently to complete our renovation. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience! Michael, Emily and team were fantastic!

I've used Alair Homes multiple times and I can't say enough about their level of professionalism, the quality of the work, and the level of transparency they provide. The daily site visits and daily communication really go a long way. They even came in under budget!
