Crooks, they put illegal liens on homes and will keep asking for money to take them off that is over the work amount due. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
Great builder. The attention to detail these guys have , is second to none. High quality finishes and the designers are incredible. They make sure that the subcontractors are 100% clear on what needs to be done and what the schedule needs to be Highly recommend
I draw house plans and we’ve done several projects with Alair. The whole team over there is very professional and communicative. Love the planning and the care they take of every client.
