Colby and our project manager, Nick were outstanding. Two areas that we think they certainly overperformed and stood out in our minds were communication and trust. This was our first build and we were several hours away so we needed to find a builder whom we could trust. Alair did a major renovation on our 20-year old house and the results are beautiful. Project included 3 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, new wood flooring, new stone fireplace, new laundry room, kitchen, butlers pantry, and wet bar. Every square inch of the house was refreshed.
