We were hired as a subcontractor under Alair Homes back in October 2023 and January 2024. There was no dispute about the price or the work completed upon our completion of the project. A month later, when we went to collect on the past-due invoice, we were told our work was involved in a lawsuit and that we would have to wait until it was resolved to get paid. After two years of back-and-forth, this $5,580.00 is still unpaid, with no payment in sight. Save yourself the trouble and don't do work for this company.
Alair has been fantastic for us, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Their manager, Karen Tiberius, has been especially outstanding. She truly knows her job and performs it with great professionalism and care. She is so knowledgeable that you will not find a better manager to take care of the construction of your future house. I’ve worked with Alair Homes twice now. I have been extremely satisfied with their process, communication, and result. I felt genuine care for my my family! They helped us create a beautiful and comfortable home for us to enjoy. 5/5 would absolutely recommend!
Crooks, they put illegal liens on homes and will keep asking for money to take them off that is over the work amount due. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
