I recently worked with the Alair team to have a custom home built. The project was both unique and detailed and the team did an incredible job. The entire Alair team cares deeply about the people they work with and they are responsive to ensure that everything is done exactly as it should be done. Most importantly, they owned any mistakes by quickly correcting them and ensuring they didn't repeat wherever possible.
