Today I went with Rosa excellent hairdresser, just tell her what to do and she will do, very nice, very kind, she has de gold hands, I will follow her everywhere, also amazing place and clean.
Concept Salon is a jewel on Avenue U and East 28th street in Brooklyn. The staff are highly skilled, friendly, gentle and kind. The cost is below most I've ever known. Anna created a new hairstyle for me that I love. George created a smooth straight beautiful style on his client that I love as well. I arrived after work and they told me not to worry about my appointment going overtime. They are very generous with time. I recommend them with all my heart and I love my hair again!
The hair stylist was polite at first. I requested him to do highlights and I even showed a picture. Charged me $450 for the worst job ever!! Turned my hair gray when I clearly didn’t ask for that. When I asked him to fix it, he looked at me as if I was crazy. I never asked for gray hair. Instead of doing highlights, he turned my whole head into gray hair! I nearly cried. I still can’t over it.
