Wait time over a hour every visit, she comes in rushes never got to the root issue. Sent me to get a MRI went paid to have it done never heard anything back from her. Called multiple times to be told I owe $50 so she can’t help me until it’s paid. Wouldn’t recommend my dog to her!
She did my Bunion surgery in 2020 and my big toe was even more crooked after the surgery it caused A lot of pain the last couple of years. So I recently went to another foot doctor and he fixed it. And now I am pain free! I will keep going to him. I will never go to Doctor Alaina Jones ever again
Very friendly staff, but once I was taken to exam room I waited 30 minutes before I was told she was going to see me. I was going to be a new patient.. Horrible!!!!!
Dr. Jones does not listen to what you are telling her. She does not address the problem that you go in for - she comes up something complicated that you are not even experiencing. If you tell that what she is saying is not correct - she refuses to believe you. I have seen her three times and she has still not address the problem I went for. I will not be back to see her.
I have taken the time to relay this review, from the Oklahoma City Orthopedics page, as my experience pertains to the same doctor, and as of this writing, they have yet to address my concerns and experience, so I have taken it upon myself to continue to share my experience with as many other people, as I can. My goal, is to caution you, to maybe reconsider another doctor.
