It's founder Mr. Alaimo has been able to grow his business by providing consistent top shelf service to all his clients in both the private and public sector. For Mr. Alaimo his business is an extension of himself and he accepts nothing but dedication to the job from his employees and it shows. As for the cost. You get what you pay for. Everyone has their own experiences and opinions. This one is mine.
This company was scheduled to do an inspection after structural work completion. He never showed. The property is a secondary home and 2 hours away. I’ve called and left 3 messages with no return call from them. ID NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Just received a bill for almost $2,000 for them simply reviewing a site plan, miscellaneous correspondence, and letter prep.
