Un conjunto ubicado en excelente lugar de Oviedo, con pésimo servicio por parte del staff. Pagas unicamente por la ubicación por que no recibes buen servicio! No los recomiendo
Very bad experience. Some staffs are very nice and welcoming. But the living experience was bad. You will get tired to call the service because not only it takes long to get service but also the next day after the servicing you will have the same problem. So, you will start living with the inconvenient condition in the apartment. Things are poor quality and they will charge you for premium quality. The is the first apartments I have ever lived in. And i have to say I love it. Its clean and well maintained. Any time i have put in a service request it has been addressed and resolved with in 24 hours. I work nights and sleep during the days and even with being in a busy part of oviedo i have no troubles with the noise levels when trying to sleep. I really recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place in Oviedo.
I have lived two years in Alafaya Woods and I am very happy because the administrative area has an efficient group of professionals, Jose, Bondy and Gaby, where I have found support and timely response to my needs, the maintenance team is excellent , they are always willing to collaborate; the garbage collection service, and the maintenance of the green areas is very efficient.
IM VERY HAPPY TO LIVE HERE BECAUSE THE STUFFS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY SPECIALLY Miss BONDDY
Get to know the maintenance crews because you will be seeing them a lot. Everything breaks... apartment has flooded twice, roach infestation, and AC didn’t work for 6 months.
MORE PROBLEMS TO COUNT: I have been renting from different places for the past six years, and I never had more problems then I have had in the past 5months of living here. Just to name a few: apt flooded twice, ac broke, microwaves all broke (we have had three), etc.
Very friendly people, quick service, wide open place..as well as continuous upgrading of amenities... there are so many positives about this apartments...
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here for 2 years and in that time my apartment has flooded twice and they have entered my apartment without my permission 3 times. The emergency # is a voicemail box. Good luck if you ever need help on the weekends. I'll pray for you if you decide to move in here.
