I've had terrible experiences with dentists in the past - hard sells, unneeded work, mercury poisoning and more. I give this office 5 stars because they have listened to me and accommodated my requests, have a 'if it's not broken, let's not drill it' attitude, are prompt, and gentle.

I have been a patient at this office for over five years and have always had positive experiences with both the dentist and the staff, which makes this situation especially disappointing. On April 3rd, I called to provide my new insurance information ahead of my appointment scheduled for April 23rd. I was told the office would verify my coverage and follow up with me. Excellent experience always here. Had dental emergency with chipped tooth and Doc Austin and his staff saw me right away. I have been going here for over 15 years and the service and quality of work is always great!- Thanks so much
