This doctor had preformed my PTSD C and P exam... He denied my ptsd because i was in foster care when i was a child.... After providing the him and the VA stressors that were combat related and having been on 3 deployments he said i had panic attack disorder and general axiety disorder and bipolar.... So even though to this day i have all the same symtoms that interfere with my daily life and have been battling the VA for my benifits....
