After another Uhaul location (Prospect Treasures) messed up our reservation we made a month in advance, Uhaul sent us to this location to get a truck. The two ladies working there this evening understood our panic of having a truck canceled when it shouldn’t have been, and contacted Uhaul on our behalf to try and remedy the situation. IF (and that’s a strong if) I ever decide to use Uhaul again (and that depends entirely on Uhaul and what they do with my complaint) I will rent exclusively from this location.
