1 Star – Absolute Disgrace of a Company We purchased an Aladdin Light Lift system less than a year ago to raise and lower a $4,000 chandelier. The unit is installed under a roof, fully protected, and now it’s failing. When I contacted Aladdin for help, I was shocked by how dismissive and irresponsible they were. They refused to assist because it is “technically outside” — even though it is clearly under a roof and protected from the elements.
