One year old furnace stopped working on the (Sat) afternoon of 1/15 with temps in the teens. I called the original installers' 24h emergency line and left a message. After a couple of hours, I called another and left a message. By 6PM I was growing anxious that no one had called me back. I tried Aladdin and their dispatch answered immediately.
