Aladdin installed a new furnace and AC for us via the Multnomah County Weatherization program. Ernie was an excellent project manager, and communicated very well throughout the whole project. When a couple of items needed additional work (old house things), he went above and beyond to advocate for us to the Weatherization Program, and ensured our needs were included within the scope of the program’s coverage without any additional cost to us. This was a great experience, we couldn’t be happier with the products and services.
Ernie and Aladdin made the process of converting our home system from an old oil furnace to a high capacity heat pump a smooth and (believe it or not) enjoyable experience. Fast efficient trustworthy. Polite clean I found one screw that had rolled under something days later. If there was a contractor god Ernie and his business is it. I wish they did more than just HVAC. No problems. Highly recommend family business. Local.
