I had to fire this company for their complete incompetence. Upon removing my old unit I discovered the sub floor was rotten and would not support the new unit. When I stopped the install he got very upset. He also wanted to put a plywood door over the space because he didn’t have the experience to find the right sized replacement unit for the limited space I have. I can't explain how amazing these people are. Ernie is amazing he is such a kind person. All the workers are so respectful they are very kind people. If you're going to go for any company I promise you these people are the ones. I am so amazed as to the amount of comfort that I've had from the heat and cooling that I've gotten from them.
