Ernie and Aladdin made the process of converting our home system from an old oil furnace to a high capacity heat pump a smooth and (believe it or not) enjoyable experience. Fast efficient trustworthy. Polite clean I found one screw that had rolled under something days later. If there was a contractor god Ernie and his business is it. I wish they did more than just HVAC. No problems. Highly recommend family business. Local.
Ernie and his crew at Aladdin are the best in the valley. After taking the time to discuss the various options (with detailed recommendations based on my specific needs, and referencing research on the efficiency of various systems), his crew made the extra effort to venture outside their normal service area within 24 hours to replace my heat pump and furnace. Amazing. AMAZING! I don't even know what to say. Ernie called me up on a Tuesday and asked if he could come and check out the project. By Wednesday afternoon the install was done! We had our ancient furnace replaced and had central AC installed. I've never had a better experience with a contractor. So fast, so easy. It was incredible. I told Ernie i thought i must be dreaming! Everything worked great from the get-go, they left no mess, and barely even made any noise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Aladdin to others.
