I called them because my garage door wouldn’t open with remote or manually and I had a feeling the springs had broken (Wayne dalton system doesn’t have springs visible). Lior came out within a couple of hours from my call, explained the issue, answered all my questions and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and being fair with his proposal.
